Trust Center

Trust, security & privacy.

This page is maintained by Lighthouse Solutions to answer common security and privacy questions about the Lighthouse platform. It describes our current practices and is editable project content — not an independent certification or third-party verification.

Security is a shared responsibility: the underlying hosting platform provides infrastructure-level controls, Lighthouse Solutions is responsible for application practices, and customers are responsible for the commitments they make to the individuals they serve.

Access & authentication

Access to Lighthouse is restricted to authorized, named users at partner agencies and organizations. Accounts are provisioned per engagement, and operational functions are scoped to the role and jurisdiction of each user.

Platform & hosting

Lighthouse is built on the Lovable platform, which provides managed application hosting and a managed backend with row-level access controls. For agencies with strict data-residency or classification requirements, Lighthouse supports on-premise or local AI hosting options.

Data collection & use

Lighthouse collects only the information needed to deliver its anti-trafficking and predator-detection services and to produce lawful, court-ready evidence. Data is used solely for the investigative purposes agreed with each customer and is never sold.

Evidence integrity & chain of custody

Captured interactions are timestamped, IP-attributed, and recorded with blockchain chain-of-custody and authenticated screenshots so evidence packages withstand defense scrutiny. Lighthouse never generates, stores, or transmits CSAM.

Subprocessors & integrations

Lighthouse relies on a limited set of vetted infrastructure and AI providers to operate the platform. We can share the current list of subprocessors with prospective and active customers under a confidentiality agreement.

Retention & deletion

Retention periods are set per engagement to match each agency's legal and evidentiary obligations. Customers may request deletion of project data in accordance with applicable law and the terms of their agreement.

Privacy requests

Individuals and partner organizations can submit privacy-related requests to our team. We respond in line with applicable privacy law and the contractual commitments in place with the relevant customer.

Compliance roadmap

Lighthouse is on an active SOC 2 compliance roadmap. This page describes current practices and goals and is not an independent certification or audit attestation.
